Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering

Infrastructure that behaves the same way every time. We design, migrate and operate cloud platforms on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, defined entirely as code so every environment is reproducible, observable and cost-aware.

Cloud sprawl is entropy

Cloud promised agility, but many enterprises now run environments that were built by hand, one console click at a time. Production no longer matches staging, nobody is sure which resources are still in use, and the monthly bill keeps surprising finance.

Operations teams drown in alerts that rarely mean anything, while the incidents that matter are discovered by customers. The infrastructure has become the most fragile part of the business.

Platforms defined as code

We treat infrastructure as software. Every network, cluster and policy is declared in Terraform, reviewed like application code and applied through pipelines, so environments are identical and drift is detected immediately.

Workloads run on Kubernetes with GitOps deployment, and observability is built in from day one with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus and Grafana. Service-level objectives define what healthy means, and cost reporting keeps spending tied to value.

Capabilities

What we deliver

  • Cloud migration

Planned, wave-based migration of applications and data to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud with rehearsed cutovers.

  • Kubernetes platform engineering

Secure, multi-tenant clusters with standard deployment patterns your teams can use without reinventing them.

  • Infrastructure-as-Code

Reusable Terraform modules and policy-as-code that make every environment reproducible and auditable.

  • CI/CD pipelines

Automated build, test, security scanning and progressive delivery for every service.

  • Observability and SLOs

Metrics, logs and traces in one place, with alerts tied to service-level objectives instead of noise.

  • Managed cloud operations

Ongoing operation of your platform, including patching, scaling, backups and incident response.

  • Cost optimization

Right-sizing, reserved capacity and tagging discipline so cloud spend is visible and controlled.

Engagement

How an engagement runs

  • 1. Discover

We inventory your current infrastructure, costs, incidents and dependencies to find where disorder is most expensive.

  • 2. Design

We define the target landing zone, platform standards and a migration sequence with clear rollback points.

  • 3. Build & Integrate

We codify the platform, migrate workloads in waves and wire every service into pipelines and monitoring.

  • 4. Run & Support

We operate the platform against agreed objectives and keep improving reliability and cost.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which cloud provider do you recommend?

The one that fits your workloads, skills and commercial agreements. We work across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, and design platforms with portable tooling such as Kubernetes and Terraform to avoid unnecessary lock-in.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Not always. For a small number of services, managed platform offerings can be simpler. We recommend Kubernetes when the number of services, teams or environments makes a consistent platform worth its operational cost.

How do you keep migrations safe?

We migrate in small waves, rehearse each cutover in a production-like environment, and keep a tested rollback path until the new platform has proven itself under real load.

Can you take over operations of an existing cloud estate?

Yes. We start with an assessment and stabilization phase, bring the estate under code and monitoring, and then run it against agreed service levels.
