What we collect

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, work email, company, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, your message, the page you submitted from, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address used only to prevent abuse. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a potential engagement. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated on our behalf by Cloudflare, Inc. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical data to verify that submissions come from people.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing contact@negentechnologies.com. We will respond within 30 days.
